Agcom ha fatto in fretta. La delibera è stata messa sul sito qualche minuto fa. Le regole scattano quindi da oggi, anche se certo Agcom darà qualche giorno di tempo agli operatori per adeguarsi.

La domanda è: ma perchè in tutti i paesi normali è possibile da un sacco di tempo farsi dare un numero SkypeIn e in italia no?!?

Presto avrete un numero italiano con skype, ma non sarà uno geografico probabilmente, ma un 5.
…e chi chiama (da telefono fisso) un numero nomadico, quanto paga? ugualmente come un’urbana? o godranno come pazzi a inventarsi nuove tariffe?
Sono stati fissati dei tetti. Al massimo sarà il doppio di un urbana.
La seconda, dunque…
Chiamando dal fisso, se anche il nomadico in quel momento risiedesse dall’altro lato dell’Atlantico, la connessione telefonica “tradizionale” non supererebbe il limite locale (passerebbe subito su protocollo IP): perchè allora non equipararlo obbligatoriamente all’urbana? se vogliono aumentare i prezzi, che aumentino anche le urbane (incentivando la fuga di clienti verso altri operatori)! Al massimo consentire trattamenti agevolati (per i consumatori) dei numeri nomadici, rispetto alle urbane, per incentivare una nuova tecnologia, la cui diffusione rappresenta un bene per tutto il paese…
Ma no, da noi l’incentivo verso la diffusione di nuovi standard e nuove tecnologie si fa incentivando il digitale terrestre…

Ho letto la delibera
il costo di una chiamata al 5 sarà pari a quello previsto, nei piani telefonici adottati su rete fissa, per chiamate a numeri geografici. Se nei piani telefonici c’è distizione tra chiamata urbana e interurbana, il prezzo sarà al massimo pari al doppio dell’urbana.
Grosso modo costerà quanto un’interburbana…non molto.
Come detto , la solita delibera all’italiano fatta da chi di tecnologia non capisce nulla …
