C’è una data (come risulta da intervista su Affari e Finanza di oggi): Telecom Italia lancerà il 9 marzo l’adsl 20 mbps e poi nel 2007 si passerà a 50 Mbps (suppongo su Vdsl, visto che l’Adsl 2 plus arriva a 24 Mbps). Io avrei chiesto la copertura di quei 20 mbps, perché cambia molto se ce l’avranno in pochi oppure se sarà quasi ovunque in Italia. Cambia molto non solo per gli utenti di Telecom, ma per il mercato in generale, perché se i Dslam supporteranno i 20 Mbps ovunque, sarà ovunque che gli oepratori alternativi potranno fare offerte analoghe “fino a 20 Mbps”.
Nell’intervista ancora nessuna parola sul tema più doloroso della banda larga italiana: la copertura. Tempo fa Ruggiero aveva detto che da gennaio 2006 ci sarebbe stato il 91 per cento di copertura. Purtroppo non ne ha più parlato, dopo, per confermare il raggiungmento dell’obiettivo. Mah.

Un po’ di vergogna no? Quali 20Mb che non hanno ancora finito di cambiare i router per i 4Mbit!
Il vero problema è e rimane la copertura, sono ancora molto le zone dove Telecom dice di non voler intervenire, perchè poco redditizie o per chissà quale astrusa ragione.

é un anno che devo passare (e pago) ai 4mb……ieri hanno chiamato per propormi i 20mb (a 45 euriii/mese) e quando ho detto che vado ancora a 1,280 è rimasta di sasso e ha chiuso la telefonata…:))

idem kome pikkolo bandito anke a me non rieskono a passarmi alla 4 MB (anke se la pago 36 euro al mese ) e vado ankora a 1280 !!! figuriamoci se mi mettono la 20 MB
