115 milioni di euro per abuso di posizione dominante sui mercati dei servizi di telecomunicazioni. L’ha deciso il Consiglio di Stato ieri mattina, scrivendo così la parola fine a una vicenda cominciata a dicembre 2004, quando l’Antitrust aveva multato Telecom per 152 milioni di euro.
A maggio 2005 il Tar aveva annullato la sentenza; ma l’Antitrust e alcuni operatori concorrenti di Telecom si erano poi appellati contro la sentenza del Tar, ricorrendo al giudizio del Consiglio di Stato.
Confermato così che quella gara COnsip 2002 (fornitura di servizi telefonici alla PA) era scorretta. Doppia batosta per Telecom: la nuova gara Consip l’ha vinta Fastweb oggi stesso!
