Ho scoperto che in Italia al momento sono oscurati 6 mila siti web, di cui solo 900 per pedopornografia. 2.500 lo sono per scommesse/giochi non autorizzati. Il resto sono per reati di contraffazione, violazione del diritto d’autore, persino (raramente) diffamazione.
I provider oscurano i siti su ordine del ministero degli Interno, dei giudici o dei Monopoli. Ma adesso cominciano a opporsi: il primo caso è di ieri, al Tribunale di Padova.
La sentenza è prevista entro il 7 novembre e sarà storica: determinerà se il trend degli oscuramenti crescerà o si ridurrà.
